From the initial assessment to maintenance, you have a single point of contact: our own technicians come to your home in Vendée, with no subcontracting. The equipment installed is wireless, requires no major building work or drilling, and operates without a compulsory monthly subscription.
Unlike a simple over-the-counter sale of equipment, our service includes an assessment of your needs, installation by our teams, guidance on using the Tydom app and after-sales service provided locally. If there is a fault or you wish to expand your installation, you contact us directly, with no outsourced call centre.
Depending on the nature of the work, the installation of an alarm, video surveillance or a control solution may qualify for a reduced VAT rate of 10% (instead of 20%) if your dwelling was completed more than 2 years ago, subject to eligibility conditions. We check your situation and always provide a free, detailed quote before any work, with no obligation on your part.
