How your alarm installation takes place
It all starts with a phone call or a visit to assess the layout of your home: number of openings, sensitive points, presence of pets. We then provide a free, detailed quote, with no obligation. As the Tyxal+ control panel is entirely wireless, installation takes just a few hours, with no heavy drilling or major work, and without disrupting your daily life.
At the end of the installation, we take the time to train you in using the touch keypad and the Tydom app, so that you are self-sufficient from day one. Delta Dore equipment comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty — a commercial warranty that applies without prejudice to the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects — and our after-sales service is provided locally in Vendée: should you have any questions or experience a fault, it is our team who attends, not an offshore call centre.
