How your cameras are installed
We start by defining with you the areas to be monitored: entrance, garden, garage, or inside the property. Tycam cameras transmit via Wi-Fi and are fitted without major work — they simply need to be powered, and we work with you to find the simplest location. They are controlled via a Tydom box, included in the quote if you do not already have one. We adjust the viewing angle, detection sensitivity and connection to the Tydom app before handing over the keys to your system.
Unlike some offers that require a compulsory cloud subscription, Tycam cameras record locally on an SD card: your images stay with you, with no imposed recurring cost. However, you can view the live feed from your smartphone, wherever you are. Our after-sales service is provided locally in Vendée, from the initial diagnosis to any future repair visit.
Reduced VAT and payment options
Depending on the nature of your work, the installation of video surveillance may benefit from a reduced VAT rate of 10% (instead of 20%) if your property was completed more than 2 years ago, subject to eligibility conditions. We check your situation when drawing up your free quote.
