How Tydom is set up
We start by identifying with you the equipment to be controlled: roller shutters, heating, lighting, gate. Depending on your existing installation, Delta Dore modules (Tyxia, Tybox) can often be fitted without major work, alongside your current equipment. We then configure the Tydom app and create your first scenarios together, such as "I'm leaving" or "I'm home".
Once the installation is complete, we help you get to grips with the app so that you can adjust your scenarios yourself over time. The system remains entirely under your control, with no obligatory monthly subscription, and our team provides local after-sales service in the Vendée whenever a repair visit or upgrade is needed.
Reduced VAT and payment options
Depending on the nature of your work, the installation of a remote control solution may qualify for a reduced VAT rate of 10% (instead of 20%) if your home has been completed for more than 2 years, subject to eligibility conditions. We check your situation when preparing your free quote.
The configuration of your remote control system is carried out by our local team, a certified Delta Dore installer in the Vendée, with no subcontracting. Our work is covered by ten-year insurance (ERGO/TETRIS n°SV75018041T41858).
